Enjoy access to you custom event portal and website. Portals are handy for managing budgets, guest lists, payments, to do list, vision boards, communications with vendors and so much more. Couples can also share their personally designed website to collect information like rsvps's, meal request and shuttle counts. You can impart information to your guests like hotel and shuttle arrangements, after party and brunch plans, dress codes and any thing else to keep them in-the-know.

Broadsiders can enjoy the gift of elegant and stress free organization.
A "Broadside Master Book" is created for each client as a way for them to organize all things wedding throughout the planning process.
At our final meeting you will be gifted our "Day-of-Book" with helpful copies of all information needed for your big day all in one neat and easy package. Timelines, diagrams, rental info, DJ cheat sheets and label sections to store copies of vows, speeches, marriage certificates and last minute payments or tips.

RSVP Management: You send out the invites and we will take it from there! We will collect and organize information like meal requests and shuttle reservations and final guest counts.

Give Etiquette Advice: provide advice on things like wording on invitations or navigating differences in opinions or traditions.

Wedding Day Coordination

Coordinator will be available to lead the wedding rehearsal.

Day of wedding coordination for up to 12 hours on-site.

Communicate with the vendors to smoothly manage the day and keep timeline on track.

Inspection of the ceremony and reception space, confirming everything is set to perfection.

Coordinator with be there distribute bouquets and boutonniere, ensure everyone is in place for ceremony and all other special moments like pictures, speeches and send offs.

Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
